MOODLE COURSE - Subscribe & Save Delivery Schedule Changes
From October 13th to the first week in November, Subscribe & Save delivery schedules will be undergoing some changes. The changes will initially be rolled out to a small number of customers starting on Oct. 13 and will be announced via KC article. All customers will be affected by the changes early in November.
The courses consists of a 15 minute online reading with 3 knowledge check questions worth one point each; CSA’s will need to score all 3 points to pass the course.
