Look at each picture and give the correct USDA Quality Grade. Your score that you get(unless 100%) will not be your correct score. If you are correct it is 10 Pts. If you are 1 off it's 8 pts. If you are 2 off it's 5 pts. And if you are 3 off then it's 0 pts.
