Meats Christmas Break Placing Classes
OK guys. Here is what I want you to do each day for your daily placing class. There will NOT be questions.

Each day you will type the class and your placing on the short answer question. If you have any questions text me and let me know. 620-218-1847
These Scores WILL be recorded! If you miss a day it will go down as a 0 unless you make arrangements with me in advance. I will be checking DAILY to see who is and isn't doing them.

Monday 31st: Hams Class 8
Tuesday 1st: Pork CXS Class 5
Wednesday 2nd: Pork Loin 2(found in retail placing class section)
Thursday 3rd: Beef Rounds Class 2
Friday 4th: Beef CXS Class 12
