Background Info
Mac users have a new version of RefWorks Write-N-Cite (version for Windows is coming soon). We've started teaching both versions of Write-N-Cite in RefWorks workshops, so you may have patrons with questions specific to the new version.
The Macs at the Services Desk have the new version installed. To view, just open Word. Write-N-Cite will show up as a small toolbar (if you don't see it, in Word go to View > Toolbars > Write-N-Cite).

Read over the guide linked above. If you have easy access to the Services Desk comps or other Mac that you can download the new Write-N-Cite on, open Word and create a sample bibliography. (If not, just read over the guide).
