Rules and Procedures Quiz

To make things easier today, you will not be using a User Name and Password. To take the quiz, simply type in your first and last name (making sure to capitalize the first letter of each). Then, click on "Take quiz". Read each question carefully. Some questions may have more than one correct answer, so check all that apply. When you are finished, go back and check your work.
