pH and pOH-Facts and Figures

Answer the following questions about, acids, bases, pH, and pOH.

Remember, as a rule, when calculating pH, the answer you record will have as many digits to the right of the decimal point as there are significant figures in the concentration.

For example an [H+] concentration of 1.20x10^-3 has 3 significant figures. My pH answer should have three digits to the right of the decimal place. pH = 2.9208

When counting the number of significant figures in a logarithm, count only the digits to the right of the decimal place.
