Dear candidate,
In this assessment we will find 2 (two) different emails sent by different customers. Your objective is to write them the proper answer maintaining the same language used by the client. Please, assume that you are a TOMS Agent performing your role. To complete this exercise you have 15 minutes.

Step 1: Submit Return Request Online

o Log in to your TOMS account. If you originally checked out as a guest, you will need to create an account on TOMS.com. When creating your account, please be sure to use the same e-mail address that you used when making your original purchase.
o From your Order History page, select "Return" for the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
o Follow the easy step-by-step guide. Select the items to return, the reason for your return, and the return shipping method. If you are returning to a TOMS.com E-Gift Card then we will provide you with a free UPS return shipping label. If you are returning for a refund to your original payment method then you have the option of purchasing a $6 UPS return shipping label from TOMS or shipping the return back with the carrier of your choice.
Step 2: Package Item(s)

o Be sure to include the downloadable return form in your box, along with your unworn item(s).
o You can use your original TOMS shipment box or any unmarked cardboard box — just make sure there are no existing shipping labels or stickers on the box!
Step 3: Ship Back to TOMS

o Mail your return back to TOMS.
