(5) In a world where email has replaced a significant amount of snail mail, online shopping, or e-tail, is replacing a significant amount of retail.

(8) Online stores are often able to offer better customer service and more variety to buyers. (9) Their websites provide more product information. (10) In addition, online shopping affords greater convenience than traditional retail stores. (11) Customers save time, and avoid the hassle of the mall. (12) They also dont have to worry that the item they want will be out of stock once they get to the store.
