The following diagnostic review will help you determine the appropriate level of Spanish for this school year. Please take this seriously. We have found over the years that what is taught in Spanish at all levels varies greatly from school to school. Our goal is to best place you in the Spanish course appropriate to your ability and background as we want you to be successful in Spanish at Loomis Chaffee. This evaluation is designed to be comprehensive and there will likely be material on it which you know well and some that you may not know at all. Please complete all the items that you are able to do so from all the sections. This will test your knowledge of verb conjugation and various points of grammar providing a good foundation for your correct placement. Please make sure to read the directions carefully and pay attention to the examples that are given. Do your best and relax!
