Lab 7-TEST BED -while IF
If the bumperswitch is NOT pushed then all the lights will come on.
If the bumper switch IS pushed then the lights will go off and then start flashing. After 8 seconds all the lights will stay on again. After this time if I press the button again they will start flashing.
