Adjective agreement

Look at each noun to determine what gender (masculine/feminine) and number (singular/plural) it is. Although we can often correctly guess the gender and number of a noun based on its ending, there are many exceptions to the rule such as "el mapa", "la foto", etc. If a noun comes with a definite or indefinite article, you don't have to guess the gender and number, because they are right there in the article!

Look at the adjective in parenthesis that we are going to use to describe the noun. Write the correct form of the adjective that agrees in both gender and number with the noun. Hint: first think of the gender and make any changes if necessary. Then think of the number and make any changes if necessary. There is no need to rewrite the article and the noun in your answer. Just write the correct form of the adjective that agrees in gender and number with the noun.
