When returning the garments please ensure:

· Garments returning were quoted to Customer Service
· The Return Number is clearly marked on the outside of each box.
· That all garments are returned in original condition with all tags, swing tickets intact and unmarked
· If multiple boxes are being returned please mark them 1/2, 2/2 etc; this will indicate to the processor that there is more than one box for a particular return
· No worn or washed garments will be accepted unless otherwise advised.
