Prepositional Phrase Practice I
A prepositional phrase contains a preposition, its object, and any modifiers of the object. For example, in the sentence "The dog went into the house," the preposition is "into," "house" is the object of the preposition, and "the" modifies the object. Type the correct prepositional phrase in the sentence into the box. Do not use all caps. Make sure your punctuation is exact.
