NICE Webstation Overview
To access the NICE Webstation, go to http://echapd02.globetel.com/web/guest
In the LOG-IN PAGE, input your Username and Password.
On the Home Page, you can view your schedules and alerts if there's any real-time changes in your schedule.
On the Schedule Tab, select the (+) icon to expand the menu and access the ff:
1. My Schedule - For viewing of schedules. To edit a schedule, click "Add an activity".
2.My Schedule Changes - Displays schedule changes transactions.
3.Time Board - displays offered "VTO" and "OT". To apply, click "Sign-Up".
NOTE: OT are Auto-approved. VTO will be approved by the TL.
4.My Trades - the page for you to "Approve or Deny" Schedule Trades. You can also view other Trade Request.
5. Schedule Trade Board - View request schedules posted. By clicking "Trade a schedule", you can request for Change schedule,trade Shift or RD.
In the Stats Viewer, you can view your productivity and compare your stats in the entire LOB.
In the Personal Preferences, you can customize/edit the page.
