Cover Page Activity 21
In this activity you will be using the mill to make a part to be used later for a bigger project. The Alum Corner Block is a project that will require you to repeat some skills attained in the first milling project (methods of squaring), and you will now be required to add some additional skills. You will need to make a shoulder on two sides of the part (watch tolerances close, both depth and length). You will also be required to make a series of holes and a counter bore.
* Use your dial indicator to ensure proper travel on the X and Y axis.
