Thank you for participating in our Pathways to Partnership LOB training. As One VNSNY, we provide a customer experience where needs are understood and collaborative solutions are enabled. It is therefore important that we all have a sound understanding of the programs and services offered by all facets of the organization. The assessment provided here will help confirm this understanding. Your individual results will be confidential and will be utilized only for determining training needs. The assessment is divided into sections that correspond to the ESMG Reference Guide and each section will be assessed individually. Upon successful completion, individual certificates will be conferred by the Channel Leads.
