Look at the Five Steps to Preparation.
Identify one step in the process, and write two paragraphs on how you will apply this step to your ministry, life, or education.
1. Create a plan
a. Get it out of your head and heart
b. Write out what you want to say or do
c. Prepare a timeline, meaning by when do you need to have part A done before you can move on to part B
2. Study the plan
a. Research or ask if you don’t know something
b. Be confident
c. And trust that God gave the plan to you
3. Practice the plan
a. Rehearse what you’re doing
b. Seek counsel from wise people you trust
c. Get feedback
4. Execute the plan
a. Faith without works is dead…you have to do the work!
5. Evaluate the plan
a. When you’re done, ask God did you accomplish what he intended for you?
b. Ask yourself, what went well, and what would I do differently?
c. Ask others who will be honest, yet caring.
