Each email should be responded to as if you were replying to a customer. Emails should have a greeting , closing, signature including at least your name.
Be thorough and make sure that we have handled the customer with hopes of a one email resolution. You can create fake orders numbers or ETAs for your responses
I recommend typing out your responses in outlook first and then copying it over to your quiz
You can use all resources, I recommend having your cheat sheet ready.
