Please review the State of Illinois Sexual Harassment Prevention Training slides and the Sexual & Other Unlawful Harassment Policy from the Employee Handbook.
You may also take the quiz as many times as you need to score above 80%. Each time you attempt the test, the former test score will erase and your new score will be recorded.
Also, please fill out the Certificate of Participation, a wet signature is required.
