Chest Pain

You are the Registered Nurse (RN) working in a Cardiology office when a 55 years-old client comes into the office with a chief complaint of chest pain. Prioritize the nursing interventions from highest to the lowest. The office has the client chart but the client has only been seen once, when the client was pregnant. The RN has standing orders for chest pain and the healthcare provider is aware that the client is in the office and states to the RN "Please start the standarized orders for chest pan!" Emergency Medical System (EMS) has been called by your secretary. Now get to work!
