Donor Trail Proposal: Share with other Rotary Clubs

I am proposing that we make the following offer to the Lodi Tokay, Woodbridge and Galt Rotary clubs.
A club can share in the profits of the Donor Trail if they pay $800 to buy in to the Wine and Beer Trail.
For their buy-in the they will be permitted to sell passes and keep up the $18 net fee for their club. Lodi Rotary Club 583 will administer the account and pay the net fee to each club on a quarterly basis.
Passes will be allotted to clubs in groups of 50. This will enable them to recoup their buy in of $800 after the sale of the first 50 passes.
They will receive payout each quarter upon the sale of 50 or more passes.
They will assist in marketing and promoting the trail and this will help us make the trail profitable more quickly.
I have proposed this offer to the Galt Rotary club as a result of a discussion with the President of the club in response to a question from the AG Mukesh Patel. His question was, "What is in it for Galt Rotary?"
