If you were given a chance to change your schedule. Would you want to bid for schedule based on: *

	Team Performance Based. That means the entire team will be having the same Team Manager and depending on the team's overall performance, will bid for the preferred schedule.
	Agent Performance Based Shift Bid. This means individually, based on stack rank and available schedules, you can choose what schedule you want to be in for the next 3 months but you may be managed by a different supervisor.
