    * encompasses one or more of the values of the ICA or HLSM
    * can have a double meaning (ie. "grown" represents both literal work done by HLSM students, and the growth that happens to all students as they go through the program, and now they're "Grown")
    * a word relevant to one of our industries that also represents completion
