Staff Questionnaire Re Partial Opening of OSH

Good Morning,

Following the Government announcement on Sunday that schools are to provide face to face support for year 10 and 12 students we are currently completing our risk assessments to ensure that OSH is a safe environment for staff and students.

As part of this process we would appreciate if you could complete the following questions. Any responses will be confidential and only shared within the HR department and the Headmaster.

  1. In order to help assess the health requirements of all staff we need to establish if any staff are classed as "clinically extremely vulnerable" as per the Government guidance dated 5th May 2020. The phrasing is taken from the Gov.Uk guidance on shielding and protecting people who are clinically extremely vulnerable from COVID-19.
