Flu Vaccine Survey

We are getting signups for Flu Vaccines that we will administer onsite for our employees via a one-time salary deduction.

We are currently working with an external provider to get the most reasonable price for Flu Vaccine. Cost for Quadrivalent Flu Vaccine (including PPE for those that will administer the vaccine) is about Php 750.
