PATH 2021 Survey
We are looking for as many voices as possible to give input into PATH's success in 2021. Please take a moment and give us your thoughts. Understand that when we hear things are going well - that encourages us. When we hear things that need to improve, that focuses and strengthens us. So please lend your voice. If you have positive comments, you are definitely free to include names - who doesn't like encouragement! :) Thank you for your time,

- Please take a moment and provide feedback for PATH Administration (signing up for classes, payment, the facility, leadership, etc.) Is there anything going super well? Anything that need improving?
|
- Please take a moment to provide feedback for PATH Teaching and Learning (structure, content, length of classes, class topics or titles, **schoology**, zoom, subject areas, all things teaching and learning)....Is there anything going super well? Is there anything we can improve upon?
|
- Do you have any suggestions for new, novel, interesting classes for next year at PATH? Think about "reading writing and arithmatic". We are thinking of offering the following classes and could use your help in identifying classes that you would be interested in.
Biology
Chemistry
World History
Physical Science
Christian Discipleship
Journalism (PATH Magazine)
English (HS, MS)
Karate
Spanish I
Spanish II
Art/Drawing
Math Tutor Drop in Lab
Are we missing any?
|
- Is there something you would add to, remove from, or change about PATH?
|
- Here is your chance to leave nothing unsaid that will help us be the best environment for students at PATH. Is there any other feedback you have to offer?
|
- Which of the following classes do you have interest in for next year?
|
- For the below items - #1 is your highest priority and #2 is second highest, and so on. Choose *up to* your top 7 priorities from the potential classes.
If you only prefer one or two classes, you can just choose those two. Don't select classes you know you will not take.
You can stop after your seventh choice. You don't need to go through to 18. Just leave classes after seventh *or after your interest in classes is completed* blank.
