Trainer Feedback
Instructions: Enter the name of the superior being evaluated in the name field. Aim: To get feedback and recommendations on how we can better support Trainers on their daily tasks, enhance our training delivery, and better support you as a whole as your leader/s.

- Leadership.
Ability to motivate the group to act towards common goal. Ability to direct colleagues to strategically provide company's needs.

- Communication.
Effectively relays relevant information in a timely manner within and outside the training group. Listen and respond to concerns, questions, and needs in an acceptable amount of time.

- Coaching.
Consistently coach and touch base with Trainer. Provides constructive feedback and follow through the action plans to ensure there is traction on the AFIs identified.

- Visibility.
Ability to foresee challenges and plan ahead for mitigation. Presence is noticeable during critical meetings/situation and is able to provide possible interventions with the problems at hand. Present whenever needed by trainers, ops, and superiors.

- Overall feedback.
