Trainer Feedback

  1. Leadership.

    Ability to motivate the group to act towards common goal. Ability to direct colleagues to strategically provide company's needs.
    1 - Poor (obviously unacceptable) - Absence of behavior required by the situation.
    2 - Marginal (borderline) - Performance gives rise to concerns
    3 - Acceptable (adequate) - Satisfactory performance but can be improved.
    4 - Good (strong) - A consistently high standard of performance.
    5 - Excellent (exceptional) - Extremely good performance which could serve as a model example for others.


  1. Communication.

    Effectively relays relevant information in a timely manner within and outside the training group. Listen and respond to concerns, questions, and needs in an acceptable amount of time.

  1. Coaching.

    Consistently coach and touch base with Trainer. Provides constructive feedback and follow through the action plans to ensure there is traction on the AFIs identified.

  1. Visibility.

    Ability to foresee challenges and plan ahead for mitigation. Presence is noticeable during critical meetings/situation and is able to provide possible interventions with the problems at hand. Present whenever needed by trainers, ops, and superiors.
