3rd: Learning the Digestive System Through Model Analysis

In traditional learning you are provided information on the topic that you must learn and possibly apply. For the digestive system you did do some learning through coloring, reading, and watching videos. But the bulk of the instruction, discussions, and assessments were centered around model analysis and model evaluation as a way to learn and show your learning. I would like to learn if using model analysis and model evaluation to learn and demonstrate your learning was worthwhile.
