  1. Just wanted to check in with you as to your back to school plans for the upcoming school year. You have two options for breakfast -
    Traditional breakfast through the serving line - menu includes things like scrambled eggs, bacon and toast, breakfast tacos, etc. with a daily second choice of cereal and toast or sting cheese. If you are going to have all students eat in the cafeteria, this would be the menu you would have.
    Grab & Go or Breakfast in the Classroom menu - the same menu is used for both distribution methods. There is one entrée choice and more items that are individually wrapped with none that require syrup, jelly or salsa as a condiment. The location this is served is flexible depending on your campus. It can be in the cafeteria serving line, in the entry of the campus, or breakfast in the classroom etc. If you are going to allow students to eat in the classroom, this would be the menu you would have, because it is easily transportable.
