Net Promoter System Training
The purpose of this training is to demonstrate how to teach the Net Promoter System at UPS and the leaders, coach and/or supervisors role. Performance Objectives Participants will: ◘ Understand the Net Promoter System or NPS and why UPS has adopted it. ◘ Feel confident making follow-up calls and leading huddles ◘ Understand how and when to utilize Qualtrics Target Audience: The intended audience for the Net Promoter System (NPS) are GBS leaders and coaches. Duration: 4.5 hours
