Action Research Post-Survey - Kim Bathker

The question I hope to answer in my Action Research project is "Will implementing a flipped/inverted classroom model enhance student engagement and retention?" This survey is designed to gauge students' engagement and retention following implementation. The students included in the study will be high school juniors and seniors enrolled in AP Biology. At the time students take the post-survey, they will have completed one unit's worth of material in the context of a flipped classroom, with lecture material delivered primarily via online videos outside of class, and most reading and critical thinking exercises completed in class.

(Note that all students who will participate in this project have their own MacBooks and Internet access at home, so no questions are needed to establish this.)

What aspects of the flipped classroom do you dislike?*

Based on your response to the previous question, please make at least one suggestion as to how the flipped classroom that we implemented in this class might be improved for the future.*
