Action Research Pre-Survey OLD
The question I hope to answer in my Action Research project is "Will implementing a flipped/inverted classroom model enhance student engagement and retention?" This survey is designed to gauge students' engagement and retention prior to implementation. The students included in the study will be high school juniors and seniors enrolled in AP Biology. At the time students take the pre-survey, they will be accustomed to a traditional classroom model, wherein lectures are delivered during class time, with most reading and critical thinking exercises completed as homework. (Note that all students who will participate in this project have their own MacBooks and Internet access at home, so no questions are needed to establish this.)
