8/29 Claims Employee Satisfaction Survey - (copy)
Manager Employee Satisfaction survey. This feedback is to help us continue to make improvements in the workplace. It is about your experience with the manager you directly report to and your overall satisfaction working at AIG. Please be honest in your responses as this survey is completely anonymous. Your feedback is important, needed and very much appreciated. We are pushing for 85% participation to have a good representation of the call floor. Some questions that will require an answer of “Never”, “Rarely “Sometimes”, “Mostly” or “Always”. Your overall satisfaction questions will be a scales of 1-10. 1 represents “I totally disagree, I am very unsatisfied with AIG. 5 represents “I’m neutral, I am just here.” 10 represents “I totally agree, Everything is Awesome.”
