HLTP CONTEST

As an evaluator, you are asked to rate the following videos from 1 - 5. A) Five is excellent, four is good, three is acceptable, two means the person needs improvement, and one means basic level. B) You are going to rate the teaching of the teachers in the making (they are not teachers yet). Bear in mind the use of HLTPs. C) Also bear in mind the cultural differences between the USA cultures and the Colombian cultures. D) Be cognizant of the socio-economic conditions of schools in the developed world and those of a developing nation. E) The last point, however, does not mean you need to be flexible.
