Excellence - We strive to exceed customer expectations with every interaction. Our customer's experience must be repeatable and predictable. There is no finish line as our operations can always be better.
Empathy - We must listen deeply to our customers so that we can better understand them. We need to listen to our team and stakeholders in much the same way. Through deep listening comes understanding and appreciation which makes us more inclusive and better collaborators.
Prevention - The best customer issue is the one that never happens. When issues do happen, collaborate deeply to solve the root cause, no just a symptom. Identify process automation opportunities and partner with Product and Operations to resolve repeated issues.
