Board Planning Session - November 2022

The Board Planning session will be held on Tuesday, November 15th beginning with lunch at 11:45am and run through dinner (board and administration only). All meetings/meals will be held at the Tamarack Club at Holiday Valley, 6447 Holiday Valley Road, Ellicottville, NY.

    FISH & CHIPS - Beer battered cod, french fries and coleslaw with house made tartar sauce. Also available broiled.
    SEAFOOD MAC & CHEESE - John Harvard’s own 3 cheese blend with buttery lobster, shrimp, and scallop chunks finished with a dill crema.
    DUKKAH SALMON - Salmon season with Egyptian dukkha spice and pistachio on top of spring vegetables and mushroom ragout. GF
    FILET MIGNON - 8oz filet with dill-Dijon sauvignon blanc reduction over roasted yellow fingerling potatoes. GF
    CURRIED CAULIFLOWER STEAK - Roasted and served with forbidden rice, Thai basil and chews. Vegan and GF
    CAJUN SHRIMP - Spicy shrimp over brown butter sweet corn, herb, and heirloom tomato ragout. GF
