Desk ID Tracker

NLV and CHAT agent should track their desk ID at the START of their shift without fail.
Please note that we need the shift date (PC date) and NOT Manila date
Desk ID needed should be exactly how it is shown on the stations. " PHL 05 00000"
if agent moved/change station within shift, they need to create a new quia entry
