A+ School Recognition - Technology Spending

The vote of the employees has determined that we reserve 15% of A+ School Recognition dollars for purchases of technology. I would like to craft a proposal that represents the actual needs of the faculty and staff. Please answer the following in order to allow me to better craft an accurate proposal for presentation to the School Advisory Committee
