Board Planning Session - November 2023

The Board Planning session will be held on Tuesday, November 14th beginning with lunch at 11:30am and run through dinner (board and administration only). All meetings/meals will be held at Century Manor, 401 East State Street, Olean, NY.

  1. My dinner selection is (all meals will include a side salad):
    SPINACH ALFREDO PAPPARDELLE - Made to order alfredo sauce with fresh garlic, spinach, and 10 oz. of locally made pappardelle pasta. Topped with grated parmeson cheese (can add chicken or shrimp below)
    GODZILLA TUNA - Sesame seared ahi tuna filet served over a mirepoix rice pilaf and house vegetable. Garnished with a homemade teriyaki ponzu and a spicy Japanese aoili. Served with pickled red onions and olive oil toasted panko bread crumbs.
    PORTABELLA CHICKEN MARSALA - Thinly sliced chicken breast sauteed with portabella mushrooms in a marsala demi-glaze finished with homemade butter, over garlic mashed potatoes and a side of our house vegetables.
    FRESH SALMON - Fresh Kvaroy salmon pan seared and topped with locally sourced honey and finished with a balsamic reduction over rice. GF
    STEAK FRITES - Boston filet medallions grilled with house seasoning and served with fresh cut steak fries tossed in Parmesan cheese (can add gorgonzola cheese sauce below).


  1. If your dinner choice is Spinach Alfredo Pappardelle, would you like chicken or shrimp added? Please indicate which (if you don't indicate, you will get the dish plain with no protein). If your dinner choice is Steak Frites, please indicate if you would like to add gorgonzola cheese sauce.
