Follow-up Survey 60 days – 4-day work week pilot

Following the go-live of the 4-day workweek pilot on the 2nd of October, the following survey has been developed to determine how successful you feel this pilot is thus far, and to highlight potential benefits experienced as well as negatives/ blockers.

This survey is provided at the 60-day mark following 2 months of the pilot.
