Board Planning Session - May 28, 2024

The Board Planning session has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 28, 2024, beginning with lunch at 11:30am and will run through dinner (board and administration only). The meeting will be held at The Reg Lenna Center for The Arts. 116 E. 3rd Street, Jamestown. Dinner will held be at the Landmark Restaurant, 516 W. 4th Street, Jamestown.

    PASTA BOWL (vegetarian)- Fresh black pepper pasta tossed with sauteed seasonal veggies, roasted tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil and fresh ricotta with spinach and garlic roasted chick peas.
    FAROE ISLAND SALMON - Drizzled with roasted red pepper and basil pestos over citrus risotto.
    SEAFOOD NORFOLK - Sauteed scallops and shrimp served on panko-crusted haddock, topped with lemon buerre blanc.
    LANDMARK SEA BASS - Pan seared sea bass on a bed of white truffle risotto, drizzled with champagne beurre blanc.
    TWIN TOURNEDOS* - Pan-seared twin filets served with garlic mashed and topped with house bacon bleu cheese.
    NY STRIP STEAK* - 10 oz. USDA choice.
    CHICKEN MARSALA - Chicken medallions sauteed with wild mushrooms on risotto with marsala demi.
    EGGPLANT STACK - Crispy eggplant stacked with ricotta and red sauce, topped with mozzarella and served with a nest of pasta.
