Supply Survey for NOCEE

This is for presenting teams so we can simplify the supply list. It would be great if each couple would fill this out together-in other words ONCE per couple. Please list your preferences for the following, so that we can make adjustments to the supply list.

    Yes we give the handout.

    Yes we use the final handout
    We have the couple answer the following questions in their notebook: 1. Why did I come here? 2. What did I gain. Then they tear it out and turn it in.

  1. For the decisions questions (these are the old mini wrap questions-which include questions on parenting, inlaws, timetogether, etc)
    We give one handout per couple
    We give on handout per person
    We leave them on the resource table but do not expressly give them to them
    We don't even put them out


  1. For the resource table:
    We put out manilla envelopes on the resource table so thet the couples can choose the resources they want
    We give each couple a manilla manilla folder
    We only use manilla folders for team purposes-time and talent sheets, supply, etc


  1. For 2 x 2
    We give lined paper to each couple
    We ask them to write in their notebooks and tear along the perforations when they are done
