Open Enrollment 2009: Trainer Survey (Client-specific)

Survey Instructions:

In an effort to improve the Open Enrollment training that specialists receive, we are asking you to complete a survey regarding your classroom and facilitation experiences over the past several months. You will be asked a series of 15 questions regarding the training assets used during Client-specific training. NOTE - this survey focuses on Client-specific only; a separate survey link is available for Core feedback.
