Beginning Class Survey
This survey will be taken during the first few days of class to find out what students are expecting.

- It is important that a teacher knows the subject well.*
|
- Teachers should always give clear instructions.*
|
- A teacher should treat everyone fairly.*
|
- It is important that a teacher encourages all students to learn.*
|
- A teacher should show respect for students.*
|
- If a teacher shows respect, that teacher should receive respect from his/her students.*
|
- Unruly students should not be allowed to disrupt the learning of other students.*
|
- It is important that a teacher post grades in a timely manner on a regular basis.*
|
- A teacher should have high expectations for his/her students.*
|
- A good teacher allows time for questions, but doesn't let the questions disrupt the flow of the discussion (questions off the subject should be asked outside of class).*
