Chapter 1-Living a Healthy Life Health Inventory
This will give you a good idea on what habits you have that promote a healthy lifestyle. If at the end of the inventory you score an average score of an 8 or 9=very healthy habits, 7-5=healthy habits, 4-3=health habits need improvement, 2-1=lacking in healthy habits lifestyle changes are needed

- I get between 8-10 hours of sleep each night*
|
- I eat at least three nutritionally balanced meals each day, beginning with breakfast*
|
- I maintain a weight that is right for someone my height and age*
|
- I do at least 20 minutes of aerobic physical activity three or more days a week*
|
- I practice safe behaviors to prevent injuries*
|
- I avoid harmful substances such as tobacco, alcohol or other drugs*
|
- I avoid dwelling on negative thoughts*
|
- I generally like and accept who I am*
|
- I get along well with others*
|
- I can express my emotions in healthy ways*
