The impact of learning technology staff development - Boston College
This survey looks at how you, as a tutor, have been advised and supported in making more use of technology in developing your teaching practice. It also asks about the impact this has, or has not had on how you teach and the learning resources you produce. Although many of the questions would be relevant to staff development generally, please note that the survey covers staff development in the use of technology specifically. By technology, we mean anything electronic, such as computers, the internet, video cameras, interactive whiteboards, office programs, virtual learning environments (e.g. Moodle) etc. In completing the survey please be as frank and accurate as you can. It may help to think about recent specific teaching activities and the role technology has played in these. Please also think carefully about the nature of any impact this has had on the learners’ experience. Thank you. Important note: This survey is being carried out as part of a Masters Degree project by Ben Williams, RSC Advisor. Your responses will be used primarily for this project. They may, however, also be used by the East midlands Regional Support Centre to improve our services. All responses to the survey will remain anonymous throughout and you can request to have your responses removed from the survey, prior to publication of the final report, by contacting ben.williams@rsc-em.ac.uk
