School Level Professional Development Template
This group of questions quides the opening narrative of our School Level Professional Development Plan that we must submit to the state in June. The questions ask us to consider what we have done in the past that we want to replicate and the challenges we have faced that we want to overcome. To develop the new plan, we also want to know what your needs are related to the school's 2009-2010 initiatives. They will be listed below. Your input is a vital piece of the school level plan. - What are the positive aspects of previous professional development opportunities in your school that you want to retain and replicate?

- How did those opportunities address the needs of staff and enhance student learning?

- Through previous evaluations of your professional development program have you been able to document how professional development is improving teacher practices and student learning? If yes, describe how you have accomplished this task.
