Student Ratings for the Prospect - Sèvres Exchange - Sarikas

The student who asked you to complete this short 15 item rating is applying to spend one week in France over spring break. As a participant in an exchange and touring program, he/she will act as an ambassador, representing our school and our country. It is therefore imperative that he/she be cooperative, responsible, courteous, and a positive influence upon his peers. Please be honest and thoughtful. It is your opinion that weighs most heavily when considering which students to accept to this program. (There is not enough room for all applicants.) The following information may be helpful in filling out the form.
1. The American students will be staying with the French students for one week in March.
2. The French students will be in the United States for one week shortly thereafter.
3. While the students are visiting on either side, they will be going to school and classes with their exchange student and touring with the home school group.
