    To deliver module aims and objectives, emphasising the vocational relevance of the module

    To track learner achievement through interactive quizzes/assignment submission etc...
    To provide the learners with fun, engaging activities to enhance motivation and understanding of course content e.g. embedding video clips, crosswords, rags to riches

    Students make good use of the materials and consider it a useful aid to learning
    Students use LZ to access missed notes and thats it!
    Students useage varies with some using it frequently and others not accessing it at all
    Students do not access learnzone and question the worth of having 'Learnzone'

    Time to spend updating Learnzone
    More training needed on how to produce an 'outstanding' page
    Need more examples of what an 'outstanding' page looks like
    Limited recognition by managers and other staff in lesson observations, day to day delivery on outstanding work.
    I do not see the benefits to students outside of lesson time and would rather spend more time planning lessons
    Students do not seem to bother so why should i?
