Chinese Sunday School Survey

Dear students and parents,
To improve teaching quality and textbooks, the School asks you to fill the following survey. Please note that you need to put your real name to validate your input, but the School will not disclose your names to teachers or to the public. All the info will remain confidential. One parent in one family and every student will be required to do the survey. For younger kids, we ask parent to help input their info. For those who have difficulties to access internet, you can get help in Room A105 during school days, where one computer is open for you. For those members who finish the survey, every student in that family will receive 10 points award. Thanks.
